Vaguely aware of the piles of thought
Inside my autumnal head;
Smelling reminiscence rot;
Feeling a little mislead.
I am somewhat cold
On the usually warm bench;
Almost missing your arms,
Making my heart wrench.
Spring cleaning was ere long due.
Clearly, while leaving leaves behind, you
Blew them really far apart,
Scattering my heart
To the wind.
Now I’m forever cluttered,
Trapped in autumn.

I really liked this poem, Shaily, and can relate to it. My head is also cluttered, and not just in Autumn.
Best wishes, Pete.

Thank you, Pete! The clutter in your brain is a thousand stories waiting to pop up.

Thank you, Beth.
I read an article about how certain fillers show vagueness and scattered thoughts and are bad for writing. I decided to write about Clutter using them. 😄
