My Neighbours: The Peeping Jane

The Lockdown has got us better acquainted to our neighbours. A huge number of them have been knocking on our windows for various reasons. I decided to dedicate them a series.

A group of Sunbirds live in the neighbourhood. So far, they had been avoiding photoshoot. But the sudden disappearance of human kind got a couple of females curious (much like dear Harry’s Aunt Petunia) and they decided to check if we were extinct yet. Their eyes became large with shock when they found a whole family of survivors in our quarters.

      1. My last one was The Lighthouse, i think. Lately, I had been trying different publications. But i wasn’t enjoying writing bigger pieces (and a couple of the poetry stacks were rejected 😉) so i decided to get back to my blog. I will be sending something to Drabble soon. Did yoo write for Drabble lately?

      2. Hey! People usually don’t comment on Drabble because it has no face. I mean who are you commenting to? I do it as a Challenge. I got accepted 3 out of 5 times. Other magazines do not accept such small pieces and i don’t have time for anything more than 200 words. Those too take a couple of days to write.
