The Decade

A decade that feels like forever,

Yet, is just a moment away,

When I found the anchor

That kept me from drifting

Far away from the shores of life:

You!

There has never been a day

I didn’t love you.

There hasn’t been a day

I didn’t say I love you.

Ten years… Twenty… Thirty…

Who knows?

Who cares?

When I am with you–

Loving you, holding you

With a promise of

Forever and more.

  Thank you! we come from different religions, and social and financial backgrounds. So, we have been through a roller coaster ride in the past 10 years. But we have endured. 😃
